This is an ideology we need to master as individuals, or nation, which unveils the protocols of “Penetration of ideas”. Which I call evangelism marketing. The concept that an idea can start at one spot & can be pushed across the world interrupting known &! Prevailing experiences people are accustom too & disrupting it.

We all should have a penetration plan which is a duty, not a choice and no part of it should be negative to sabotage their host country, cause the idea of multiplication is about contribution & not weakening your host country .

It’s pertinent for us to invest in skills that the system priorities, that is, convert all your natural gift & talent into a Skill(I.e organized talent) -Competence- Expertise- then becoming an Authority which opens you up to value.

There are skills that are amazing & there are skills that are POWERFUL which ends up becoming culture shaping variables.

There was a time in TALENT MANAGEMENT, in the 60’s & 70’s the competition was English language, after a while it became, university degree, after a while it became, 1st class and 2:1, after a while it became foreign degrees,& foreign masters degrees in these decade the next level of competition will be immigration, which will be a critical determinant value.

When an individual has dual citizenship people say he or she as compromised. Well it’s not true, he or she as not compromised but gained POWER to navigate & move & respond to idea of GLOBAL ALIGNMENT if there are 100 countries in this world, with the power of dual citizenship they can visit 90 at the speed of choice, and it’s an interesting proposition we need to consider.

The goal of dual citizenship is not success or comfort but stake holding within the system, provided those who have it or applying for it knows the weight & the power it command or carries.

As individual or nation We need to take advantage of “exodus” which is a Brain drain and transcend or convert it to BRAIN GAIN.
